What Qi is
Qi is the source of all your strength. There are no attributes in Murimblock: everything comes from Qi.
You hold two kinds of progress: your Qi (your pool, shown as Qi / Max Qi) and the stage Qi that fills your stage gauge.
Your Qi pool
You start with 100 Max Qi; each stage you advance adds 10 %. Qi regenerates by 0.5 per second, and 2.5 per second while meditating.
In combat, Qi pays for your dodges (6 Qi each) and for every blow your guard blocks. Out of Qi, your guard breaks.
Stage Qi
Stage Qi is gathered by meditating: 2 per second, up to 3 times faster with Calm. A lost trial scatters 30 % of it.
