A living alchemy furnace that drank the Qi of lost pills and bursts at the warmth of a body.
Overview
The furnace of an alchemist who died during a failed refining. It drank all the Qi of the lost pills and rose on its three feet. It still seeks the warmth of a living body to finish its cooking, and it bursts as soon as it gets close.
It behaves as the vanilla creeper. As its fuse burns, the heat lifts its lid higher and higher, steam escaping under it, until it pops. It bursts into thick pieces of bronze.

Moves
Waddle
Walks heavily on three feet, the vessel swaying.
Overheat
Close to you it stops and swells; the lid trembles and rises with steam (the signal), then it explodes after 1.5 seconds. Moving away calms it, as vanilla.
Bronze burst
It bursts into about 20 thick pieces of bronze.
How to beat it
- The rising lid is your warning: back off or dodge back with Left Alt.
- Strike it during the fuse to knock it back, as with a vanilla creeper.
- Guard does not stop an explosion: distance does.
