Gardien-talisman
A stone general statue that guards the village while its talisman holds.
Overview
The statue of a general that guarded the door of the village temple. A Taoist master stuck a guarding talisman on its brow: as long as the paper holds, the stone watches over the villagers. It does not speak, does not sleep, and never forgets who raised a hand against them.
It is a true statue: it does not move, wander or look about, and it leaves monsters alone. Whoever harms a villager near it (or the statue itself) wakes it: dust falls, its eyes and runes light up, and it walks after that one alone, never running.
With no one left to punish, or once its prey runs 24 blocks away, it walks back to its place and turns to stone again.

Moves

Statue
Stands perfectly still, eyes and runes dark, until someone harms the villagers it guards.

Sky fist
Within about 2.8 blocks, both fists upward: the vanilla golem's blow that throws you into the air. Then 15 ticks open.

Earth bell
Kept close for about 2 seconds, it strikes the ground with both fists: everyone on the ground within 3.5 blocks takes 6 damage, is thrown back and slowed for a second. Jumping avoids it. Then 1 second open.

Chain
From 4 to 8 blocks, every 8 seconds, it throws its chain: 4 damage and you are pulled back in front of it. Then 1 second open.
How to beat it
- Leave the villagers alone and it never wakes.
- Jump when both fists come down: the earth bell only hits those on the ground.
- Parry the chain: it breaks, the golem staggers and takes half again as much damage while it reels.
- Run 24 blocks away and it gives up and goes home.
