Things every disciple should know.
- Parrying is free and is your main source of Qi: each perfect parry gives +6 Qi and a riposte at half price.
- Press Cloud Step Slash within 0.25 s of a perfect parry to discover a secret technique.
- Check the sky before the Crescent: under a roof it is refused.
- Thousand Drizzle hits late: the cuts reopen 0.5 s after the last one.
- Meditate on a high peak or near the sanctuary: condensing is up to twice as fast. The first 10 minutes of each day count in full.
- Before a Heart Demon, prepare: a Realm-Breaking Pill and a body seated in a place of power make its blows much lighter.
- Meditate somewhere safe: if your body is hit while you are in your inner world, you suffer a Qi Deviation.
- Farming one kind of mob lowers its Qi: 75 % after 10 kills, 50 % after 20, within 15 minutes.
- Every real death costs 10 % of your Qi Max for good, but never a stage. In PvP you are only knocked out, but stay close to your enemy and you may be carried off or executed.
