The road, the arch and the gate, in the game
Alliance Outpost
A garrison fort on a mound by a road, wherever the Alliance holds a pass or a frontier. In the game.
What the Alliance sets down where it wants to hold a road: a garrison fort on a levelled mound, its walls about 53 × 47 blocks, its watchtower 26 blocks high with a signal fire.
Where
In any Murim biome, but only in the centre of the map or within 1 500 blocks of a frontier between two regions: never in the heart of a region, never outside the Murim. Find one with /locate structure murimblock:alliance_outpost.
Inside
- The gate and its guardhouse; an arch on the road below
- The watchtower and its signal fire
- The command hall: the commander
- A training yard with dummies and racks; a barracks; stables with two horses
- An infirmary tent: a doctor
- A notice board, a well and stores; a tea house outside the walls
- Walls with a walkway and corner towers roofed in azure tiles
For now it is kept by villagers (the commander, the quartermaster, the doctor, the tea-house keeper). Alliance soldiers will join them when their mobs exist. Two barrels hold the sites' cache.
